tuouchpad button problems

Question

I have a Inspiron 1150, and i use it to do my school work (im in yr 10, australia). Does anyone else have any problems with the right click button? It was working fine and then it just stopped. Even when i plug in  my mouse the right click button wont work .... funny hey? Please help me because i am really stuck for ideas about what to do.

annie I have the same problem but with my primary (left) mouse button?

I managed to solve it temporarily by going into control panel>mouse and clicking on 'switch primary and secondary mouse buttons'. But now I have no secondary button!

hello this is annie again .. well it was my lucky day! I took my laptop to my local computer guy and he cleaned the inside and now it works fine! isnt that great anyway ... hopes this helps people with problems
