unfriendly third button emulation, touchpad drivers

Question

I mainly work whit 3d application, and some of them needs the use of a third mouse button. of course i can use the 'left+right pression method' to emulate the 3th button, but I don' t consider this confortable beacause i often press one button a little bit before the other, activating right or left mouse function. of course i can use an external mouse but I have to travel a lot 4 my work and i dislike using external mice/keyb. my only big desire is to be able to configure the upper|pointing stick buttons whit differents function than the touchpad buttons. waiting 4 a solution(other drivers?) thanks.
