upgrade video card in Inspiron 1501

I want to upgrade my dedicated video card in my Dell Inspiron 1501.  I need to know if this is possible, or is there an external hardware that I can get to increase my video memory.

The video card in that notebook is onboard and part of the chipset.  It can only be replaced with the same unit.  There is no extra port for an external video card.  make sure you have the maximum 256mb dedicated to this card for maximum performance.

There is no way to upgrade the video in this system, period.  If you need better video, whether for more performance or more memory, you need a new notebook.
