what is the different between those 2 LCD

I've never heard of that panel maker - the top five are Samsung, LG, AUO, Chimei, and Sharp.
LGD means LG Display - used to be LG-Philips (LP)

The two systems are similar - the 3520 is a lower end version of the 5520.The contractor that made the system for Dell uses components from multiple suppliers - the two screens have the same specification but one came from Samsung and the other from LG.
