xps 11 - f10 key not working
I have recently bought an xps 11 refurb, after having the hard drive replaced after a few days the F10 (keyboard settings) key is not working. I have installed all the keyboard updates etc but it still doesn't work. It had been working fine before the hard drive was replaced. Any ideas?
Apart from this everything seems to be working fine.

Sorry to hear that the F10 key is not working properly on your system. We would like to know if you have updated the latest BIOS. Have you checked the system with an external keyboard?
