During BIOS update verify that the computer is connected to an AC Adapter.
Disconnect any third party peripherals connected to the computer before performing BIOS update.
Do not turn off the computer during the BIOS update.
Do not restart the computer during the BIOS update.
Note: Plug your computer to a good, working UPS before you update the BIOS. If you experience a loss of AC power or a significant voltage sag/spike during the BIOS flash, you will either have to buy a new BIOS chip or buy a new motherboard.
I tried wht u told me to do .. unistalled and installed from the link u gave me .. now I have no catalyst control manager or anything and after installing it does not appear .. and there is no program.. What should I do now ? Please reply soon ..

Hi KW91,
Above links have steps which can resolve the issue. I would still help you with the steps.
May I know when did the issue begin?
Were any software or hardware changes made?
Did you try BIOS update?
If not update BIOS on the computer.
Note: Plug your computer to a good, working UPS before you update the BIOS. If you experience a loss of AC power or a significant voltage sag/spike during the BIOS flash, you will either have to buy a new BIOS chip or buy a new motherboard.
Uninstall and reinstall the Catalyst center.
Uninstall: http://dell.to/12NPAmH
Remove all AMD software using the AMD Catalyst Install Manager (CIM) through Programs and Features located in the Windows Control Panel.
Restart the system when prompted.
Use the third party cleaning software to remove any remaining AMD graphics driver entries.
Restart the system when prompted.
Reinstall the AMD software suite from the below mentioned link:

Awaiting your response!
