Adjusting Touchpad/Touchscreen Sensitivity on Inspirion 15 With Windows 10
I have an Inspiron 5558 running Windows 10. I cannot find how I adjust the sensitivity of the touch pad or the touch screen. Sometimes just gently brushing the touch pad will sent the pointer off to be lost or to accidentally activate a link. The same is true for the touch screen.

Your notebook has a Microsoft Precision Touchpad, for more on Precision Touchpads please look here. The document goes over how to verify if the touchpad is a Precision touchpad and what gestures are available along with instructions on configuring them. Here is a good article for more on configuring touchpads in Windows 10.
