Try this before you try flashing the BIOS. Turn on the computer and press F2 to enter the BIOS. Press alt+p to move to the 3rd page and change the boot post to thorough. Save and exit. If you still get the message. Perform a normal shut down and then restart. If you get a memory error message after that, reseat the memory. Hope this helps.
if your bios need a firmware upgrade..it's bad...if u are a mediun user u should not try this..the bios it's a EPROM this means that it's a reprogramable memory..but if u fail in completeing flashing the bios this can become a PROM this means that it is a programable memory and can be programed only once...the problem is that if this happens means u failed to flash and the program(the bios os)will not work and u will have to change the bios and not just the files..but before trying flashing the bios u should try a bios hard reset(remove the coin cell battery) or soft reset(load bios default)..bye
