I did all the things as I browse the net. Nothing is changes. My IDT Audio still buzzing and the volume decrease by it self. On 5.1 test sound, all speaker is good except center and sub. Usually in Temp folder, theres always FX Engine file. That file is gone. Maybe that's the main issue.

I had the same problem as Wildmanyeah(2/12/15). Removed dell support assist and dell support agent and the problem went away.

Unistalled Dell Support assis on L702x and fixed the problem of choppy audio. Thks

Thanks! I can also confirm uninstalling support assist (and support assist agent to be sure) fixed the problem on dell inspiron 7559
