DELL STUDIO XPS 16 OVERHEATING!!
hey people!
I recently bought the dell xps 16 with the i7 processor, but was unaware of the heating issue amd am now finding it extremely irritating. the system reaches very temperatures even during surfing the net or listening to music, etc. i was wondering how DELL could help me out on this issue and if they could replace my fan and heatsink. Anyone having the same issue plz do comment and help me resolve this problem.

sadly I have had many problems with Dell, charger is faulty from start, overheating, connecting external monitor, nothing was offered by way of help, except to offer special rate on technical assistance. A JOKE CONSIDERING MY PROBLEM IS THERE HARDWARE NOT MY INCOMPETANCE.
All I would suggest sadly is not waste too much time on asking 4 help,as most people Ive heard get nothing but a fob off/
I just intend to never buy another product ever again from Dell, I bought a laptop for the first time as it looked so nice, Dell are good at making an impression, but with no substance.
Dell doesn not care,
