Hi,
I read the post in which you are facing problem with Dell Inspiron N4010
and I would like to help you out on the same wherein, I would like
to run diagnostic on the dispalay of the laptop and for that I
will request you to press and hold the D button and then press the
power button and then let go both the buttons and if you see the solid
colors like Red,Blue and green on the display of the laptop then the display is fine.
Please do the same and help us with the result so that we can further troubleshoot the problem.
If the solid colors don't display than consider the display gone bad and would
need replacement otherwise we would need to update the video drivers of the laptop
which are laptop specific.
Thanks
Manshu
