Dell Vostro 3450 maximum RAM memory and compatibility
hi
i would like to know the maximum RAM for dell vostro 3450, i am planning to add up more memory to make things more faster.
i am currently running win7 64 bit Home Premium. currently i have stock 4GB DDR3 installed (originally from dell). i would also like to know is there any compatibilites problem referring to ram in term of brands and frequency? i heard that some of dell motherboard refuse to accept certain memory module. and need brand specific module.
please help. thanks.

In addition to what Natakuc4 has said, You may also refer to Dell Memory Selector for Vostro 3450. Maximum memory supported by the system is 8GB.
