Dell XPS 13 Display Settings

Question

I am trying to change the video settings such as brightness and contrast of my Intel HD Graphics 4400. When I save the settings nothing happens.

For example when I increase the brightness from 30 to 70, the small preview picture changes the colour, but when I save the settings and close the Graphics control panel, the colour remains the same as it was in its default setting.

I updated the driver but the same problem persists.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum.

We appreciate your technical expertise, Please try uninstalling the Intel HD 4000 graphics driver from the Device Manager.
Install the same drivers from the Intel’s website here http://ow.ly/yaqh0.
Please install the driver, restart the computer and revert us with your results.

Hi johanfor82,Thank you for your response, you might have to wait for the next updated driver from Intel which will fix this issue. In the meantime, also try running a complete Windows update and install the latest BIOS from the Dell's support site here http://dell.to/1hcxG98.
