E4300 touchpad driver installation problem
I have a latitude E4300 running windows 7 64 bit. When I try to install te touchpad driver (Dell_Touchpad----Pointing-St_A14_R270649) I receive an error that the application cannot be started (0xc0000005). Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

Delete the downloaded file and download it again without using the Download Manager. Download it directly and skip the manager. Uninstall directions for Download Mgr HERE.

I never used the download manager, but had some problems when downloading the file (size was 64kB instead of 9.9MB). I searched the file on ftp.dell.com, but then I got the error.
After your suggestion I tried once more to download it and this time I got a 9.9MB file, which worked fine.
