As the error states, the hard drive has failed. You'll need a replacement drive and the recovery media you created when you received the system.
If the system is under warranty, contact Dell with the exact error and they'll send a replacement drive. If the system is out of warranty, you will need a new, 2.5" 7 mnn hard drive (or a solid state drive if you need faster performance).

Thank you very much for ur suggestion. Today morning i again ran the test and found
That there's no error and the hard drive is runny ng. But while running the
Thorough test mode, the test is stuck at 95%. And my PC is stick in automatic repair screen.
What am I supposed to do?
Can you help me with this.

Hi,
As suggested by Rockstar ejn63, the hard drive is failing and may become faulty in a short time. Please backup the data from the system if it’s booting up. Please private message us the system service tag if the system is in warranty so that I could check and assist you further. To send a private message, click on my name and select ‘Send private message’.
