I use wet cleaning wipes from OfficeMax. They dissolve the oils and clean everything nicely and safely, plus leave an anti-static residue (which you can't see or feel).

when you say oily... are you sure that it is not smooth spots worn into certain keys... I have that problem, and it blows, but hey, what are you going to do?
