Hi  durannehomar,

Welcome  to the Community,

The Inspiron N5050 system supports dual-channel DDR3 SDRAM with memory speeds of 1333 MHz.

It supports Minimum 1GB and you can expand upto Maximum 8GB RAM.

Thank You

Thanks for your reply, I understand that I can expand up to 8GB for each slot, ie I can expand up to 16GB in total, because it brings 2 SLOT Or I can expand up to 4GB for each slot for a total of 8GB.

I have inspiron n5050-2913  2gb ram core i3 -2370M 2. 4Ghz 3M cache HD320GB ATA (5400RPM). Now I have one ram =1x248MB 1333MHz, 256x64, 8K,204 DDR3 dual channel. Does mine supports 2x4GB? So I can upgrade?
