Inspiron 2650 Power connector
Hi i have a Inspiron 2650 and, recently ive been having problems with the power connector that hooks up to my laptop the wire that comes out of it is either broken or doesnt seem to be working properly as i have to squiggle the wire alot to get the laptop to charge, i kno its not the battery is there a way i can replace my charger? or does dell use different chargers now?

If the problem is with the system board, that's a different (and far more expensive) story.

The I2650 uses a PA-6 power supply. It should be on the label of the brick. But it looks like they are not available anymore. The PA-9 supply will also work. Here are some for sale:
