Try installing below Chipset drivers.

Intel HM57/HM67 Express Chipset : lt.dell.com/.../lt.aspx

Intel Management Engine Interface : lt.dell.com/.../lt.aspx

If you haven't install this Realtek RTS5138 Card Reader Driver : lt.dell.com/.../lt.aspx

i have the same problem as wasti. Other then PCI simple communications and SM Bus controller i need another driver named "Network controller". can u help me??? thanx

I have the same problem as above described.. except
I have the problem only with "SM Bus Controller"

I tried your above mentioned Drivers but my problems have not been resolved..

The IDS for SM Bus Controller are :-

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C22&SUBSYS_05021028&REV_05
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C22&SUBSYS_05021028
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C22&CC_0C0500
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C22&CC_0C05

Please help me out with correct Driver for these ID's
