In case the system is covered under the complete care (Accidental damage) warranty, I will be able to help you in replacing the keyboard. Please send me a private message with the system service tag to assist you further. Click on my name and click Start Conversation to send me a private message.
You can try removing the key from the keyboard to see if that releases it - if it doesn't, the problem is likely with the wire trace under the contact -- in which case, replacement of the keyboard is the only permanent fix.
Actually i want a way to fix it without replacing... (its not covered with that warranty)
What i was trying to do is format and re-install windows. but i cant get to the BIOS menu as the Esc is triggered it exits very quickly. (i can see the BIOS menu after pressing F12 for a very short time and it goes and boots to windows7) The Key is not physically stuck.. Physically it works perfect
well that's what i am scared to do.. should i just pop it off? can you friends guide me a little bit to remove the key.. what are the parts i should be careful (parts which gets easily broken)

If depressing the key a few times doesn't release it, replace the keyboard.

You must have an internal keyboard in place or the system will not complete POST.

If removing the key cap doesn't solve the issue, you will need a new keyboard.
