Lattitue 6430u

I have 2 Lattitude 6430u laptops, and I am currently unable to get logged in. It is stuck on the screen "Swipe fingerprint sensor or click here to log in." The client does not use the fingerprint login, but I am unable to click the arrow for "Click here to login". When I do, it just refreshes back to login page.

I have tried rebooting, I have hit F12 and gone to the boot menu and cannot locate Safe mode. I also tried going into the BIOS and disabling TPM. After disabling TPM i tried again and still does not work. I rebooted back into BIOS and re-enabled and tried logging in yet again and the issue persists.  I've searched all over Google and only found an old thread that still had no solution. 

Please help before I go bald pulling my hair out.
