M2010 keyboard problems

Question

I just downloaded a few drivers for my M2010 including some that had to do with the Bluetooth program but now when I turn on my computer the keyboard will not connect automatically, but will when I manually connect the computer and the keyboard. However, once I am logged in and after the computer fully boots, the keyboard is disconnected and the three lights on the keyboard start blinking automatically. Something else I noticed is that before I log in, but after I manually connect the keyboard, neither the caps lock light nor the number lock light will turn on even if I toggle then on and off. I know that the computer is sensing that they are on because it will alert me that I have the cpas lock on while I am typing in my password. So, any ideas? The bluetooth keyboard in the xps m2010 should connect in dos mode or at startup no matter how is the condition of the bluetooth software , i guess the bluetooth signal gets converted to USB at startup so that the keyboard can be detected at startup , so you should make sure your keyboard is well charged , no amber lights on the keyboard charge indicator , make sure your xps is well charged also , press the bluetooth discovery at the left side of the notebook and the other button on the back of the keyboard , if all this failed to let the kb connects smoothly as it was before then maybe you have a bad bluetooth ship or maybe the keyboard itself , you can also check if the mouse is working or not , if the mouse is working perfectly then maybe it's just the keyboard and the bluetooth is working ok.

The computer and keyboard are all charged properly, but I checked the mouse again and it will not connect. The bluetooth icon in the lower right corner of my screen, which is normally blue with a white symbol, is now blue with a red symbol. When I right click on it and go to Bluetooth Settings, I can see my keyboard there trying to connect but when I click 'New Connection' I get the message 'Bluetooth is not ready.'

Update: I re-installed the MXP61A06 BIOS driver from the dell website then installed the R142717 Bluetooth driver, and now my keyboard connects just fine. The Bluetooth light on my computer starts blinking randomly, then just as randomly stops. My mouse still won't connect and the BlueTooth icon in the lower right part of my screen is still blue and red and still says 'Bluetooth is not ready.' But my keyboard is now working so it is a major improvement.
