Thanks  Dell - Harish M. I contacted the technical service of Dell France and I got help from Mr. Kamel AMAMOU. My laptop now works again perfectly.  Thanks again

Hi Dell 5523,

When you start the system do you see the Dell Logo and the Microsoft Windows Loading?

Kindly follow the below link to boot the system in safe mode.
