I’d suggest that you follow the steps mentioned below and check if the beep pattern repeats.
Switch off the computer.
Disconnect the AC adapter from the system.
Remove the battery from the computer.
Press and hold down the power button for 15 seconds.
Then connect back all the peripherals and check if the beep pattern repeats and reply us with the beep count.
5 Beeps on a Dell system means’ Real Time Clock (RTC) power fail’ and the cause of the issue is ‘CMOS battery failure’. Also, I would suggest you to try flashing the BIOS on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the operating system, and then download the BIOS from the BIOS section onto the system and install it.
