Problem with Keyboard on my Latitude D820

I used a external USB-keyboard on my Latitude D820, and after a short time the @-key (Alt Gr + 2) disapare. I disconnect the external KeyBoard, but the problem was stil there.
I try to delete the driver i ControlPanel for the keyboard, and when the machine reboot the @-key was there (in the login messagebox). But when the machine was finish with restart - the Alt Gr + 2 dont give me the @ key. Alt Gr + 3 and 4 give me £ and $.
I can get the @ key, if I use Alt+Fn+064 (num)

sounds like your keyboard layout has switched to a UK layout.

Start - Control panel - regional options - input locales

on Win2k to change this

on xp

start - control panel - regional settings and language - languages - details - and in installed services make sure that US is the only keyboard type there.

The problem is most likly to be software, and as I'v seen some other places here, you probably have nvidia display card.... Some users made the problem go away, when they disabled the hotkeys or deleted them in nView... (software pack for nivida)....
