Most Mini systems don't have a quick restore - they must be restored manually.  What is the exact model number?

Hi angeleyes11667,

May I know your full system model and Windows version.

If the system came with Windows XP preinstalled then you may hold down Ctrl key  and tap F11 on start up(Dell logo)  and see if you get option to restore system to factory settings.

Some mini system does not come with recovery partition. To check if the system has a recovery partition,Right click My Computer, select Manage, select Disk Management.

Thank You
