SIM Card On my Dell D620
Hi everyone
I’ve got a dell laptop, Latitude D620. It’s a laptop with the 3G sim card devise integed.
I’ve got it in Ireland 3 years ago with Vodafone 3G SIM card. The Vodafone sim worked just fine into my laptop. But now I moved to morocco. Here there are three 3G operator, Meditel, IAM and INWI. I tried to put Meditel and IAM card into my laptop, but it won’t even recognize the 3G devise. When I lunch the wireless broadband utility it’s giving me the message « no device installed ». I’m wondering if it’s a application issue or what ?!!
Thank you for your support

Was there an application that you were using with Vodafone? If so, uninstall that.
Reboot. Then install the application for one of the Moroccan ISPs.

On their websites, of course. Certainly, not Dell's website.
