Even if it's technically possible from a mainboard standpoint, Intel has released mobile Broadwell CPUs only in BGA format (ball-grid array), which require soldering to the mainboard - so it won't be physically possible unless Intel releases a PGA version of the mobile Broadwell CPUs (which it has not done, and has no announced plans to do).

So - right now - the answer is no.

If you look at Intel's roadmap, even desktop PGA CPUs are destined for history - so I would not count on it.

That's what I was thinking, the Broadwell-H chips might be PGA but that won't be known til Q2 2015 or so. I'm still hoping they will.

That's possible, I don't see PGA anywhere, and if they do use sockets it will be LGA which means a dead end. If Dell doesn't mind BGA everywhere for laptops.
