VA transfer
Recently bought a Dell Inspiron laptop in US,moved from US to Russia and tried to arrange ownership transfer respectivly,applied to Dell and application was rejected (due to VA not done). Who knows what "VA" means and what can be done to solve the problem of transfer?

Whether you can transfer depends on the warranty you bought with the system - the basic 12-month, return for repair doesn't transfer - you must purchase an upgrade to an onsite warranty in order to be able to transfer it.
