No. . . it seems to happen anywhere. . . and none of our rooms are hot. . . . . usually around 17-18 º, and the machine does not overheat. It only seems to happen (but then not always!!) when keys in the upper right quarter of the keyboard are used. . . it has not happened once when "zcxvb" were used, but often when "iuy()hj" are pressed.

I have similar problem. I bought Dell laptop Vostro 1015, last year from dell office in U.S, only use it for two weeks and started showing white screen. I was directed to "Redinton Ng  Ltd", dell official service  center in Nigeria. They could not fix the problem. Actually the laptop was purchase in US, saying that it is U.S shipping that they do not support U.S shipping, only Africa. As i do speak to you now, the laptop is at home just there. I even chat with dell officer online to get a new motherboard, they said no stock for Vostro 1015. I think Dell Machine are more of fake in the market. Get another brand of machine. do not wast your money on  part. much  more expensive. And do not buy a product from U.S shipping other than your country spec. Issues much. a rip off
