I removed wireless dongle of KM113 wireless Key Board (KB) from my laptop. On reinsertion of dongle, I found that Keyboard is not working, while mouse is fine. Special keys on KB like Media Access, Calculator etc are working. Batteries have been checked and found correct. Tried restarting a number of times. Kindly advice procedure to get KB activated fully.
