XPS 13 9360, Charger is extra ordinary hot while charging, Battery Drain in Hibernation

I have purchase Dell XPS 13 9360 this thanks giving, Received on 12 Dec, 
for a week or so all working fine but since 3/4 days my charger is Extraordinary hot and also battery backup is less. I used to get Battery backup around 10+ Hr for first week. Now its 6-8+ is it normal ? 
Also my Laptop is consuming battery while Hibernation is it normal for XPS 13 ?

Hope this is not Hardware failure.
