XPS 15z Crack/Bezel issue
Hey there, a couple days ago i took my XPS 15z (2011 model) out of my backpack and noticed a crack along the corner of the 'ridged bar' connecting the keyboard to the monitor. I have no idea how it happened, it doesn't affect the performance of the laptop (so i think), it is just visually unappealing. Also like many other XPS15z owners, the chrome bezel is seriously chipping on the left side of the laptop and it is very sharp and ugly. what steps should i take to get these repaired?
Also how can i keep the outside of the laptop looking new, i got some light scuff marks on it.
Thanks

Hi Alfredwkh,
I suspect that there may be a physical impact which has caused this crack. We need to check if the system has warranty. Please send a private message with the service tag of the system to check the warranty details.
I have added you as a friend. Please accept my friend request by clicking on my name highlighted in blue and then click on “Friends” tab at the top and then click on “Request to Review” and finally click on “Accept” button.
