When you installed Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit) did you install the desktop/notebook utility and the chipset drivers first? If not the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order If you cannot find Windows 7 drivers, then try using the Vista (or XP) 32-bit drivers, for Windows 7 32-bit of the Vista (or XP) 64-bit drivers for Windows 7 64-bit and install the drivers in the Compatibility mode.

well Silangchi i installed win7Ultimate is that the problem of compatibulity You say....?

and i also followed the instructions specified by  PudgyOne and screenshot you have specified but it only activates WLAN but not bluetooth.

If you can run this tool, I can see if the adpater is showing and it may also tell us something.

Download the System Information Tool If using Vista/Windows 7, the tool needs extracted. Once extracted, right click on sysinfo and run as administrator.

If using XP, double click on the tool, then double click on sysinfo.

Allow this past your virus program and post the information back here.

If you cannot get the tool to run, try an ipconfig /all log.

i've done all that procedure that you had posted again the same happens.........

Is quickset installed and ALL wireless switches selected ? if not,install/open,quickset and open the advanced control panel.Select all wireless radios and make sure they are checked.Also,select "enable Wifi- Catcher Network Locator".After this is done,toggle the bluetooth and wireless on and off by hitting fn+f2 keys.Hold them down once to turn off,wait a second until you see them turn off on screen.Then hit it the second time to turn it on.
