checking power supply wattage adapter

Question

I bought a new adapter 19.5V - 4.62A (90W, which my laptop need). When i turn on, my laptop warning that: the power supply is 65W, not 90W, and adapter is too hot. Now i've change other adapter 19.5V - 4.62A. I don't see any more warning, but adapter still hot as the last one. How can i know the power my latop supplied?

Please list Dell model number and version of windows: Ex: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10

If you don't know, type msinfo32 into search box....

I'm sorry about my poorly English. I use the 90W adapter but my latop say it's 65W adapter. Now I change another 90W adapter. There is no warning any more, but I want to check the current power my laptop receiving.

F2 at powerup - the setup screen will indicate the power supply wattage.
