dell inspiron 15 3542 processor and gpu
hi,
im just wondering if my laptop can be upgraded at celeron 2957U to core i5 4210U and the video card is intel hd graphics 4000 to nvidia 820m to 2gb ddr3l

No and no. The CPU is permanently soldered to the mainboard and there is no place to add a video card. If you need the faster CPU and better GPU, you need a new system.
