device notification sound wireless and bluetooth

hellow, i have two problems in my windows7, here is my computer discribtion (windows7 home basic, intel core i5, model n5110)

1- when i turn on/off my bluetooth or wirless adaptor it used to
hear a notification device sound like when you enter USB or connect mouse to your computer but now there is no sound, how can i turn on the bluetooth device sound on ?

 
( when i connect mouse to the laptob i hear the notificaton but when i turn on/off the adaptor or bluetooth no notification sound how can i turn the sound on again ?????)

2- after i made dell factory image restore and made recovery media some times appear in my computer local disk with blue question mark and disappear, i did right click to my computer open disk management i found disk 0 basic 465.76 online health OEM partition
what it is ? and if it a problem how can i fix it ?
