They're the same thing. M means mobile, but these are both mobile CPUs

Hi CD1993,
I would like to inform you that Intel i7-2860QM is quad core processor and its specifications and performance is given in the following link:
ark.intel.com/.../Intel-Core-i7-2860QM-Processor-%288M-Cache-up-to-3_60-GHz%29
It is only processor i7-2860QM is second generation . The model i7-2860Q is not present. It is only i7-2860QM that is the actual model .
