Greetings,
When I turn on my laptop the caplock flashes 60 times then the system shuts down. Nothing else, or no noises. I removed eveything and put it back and no luck. HELP!!

Try the memory modules one at a time in each socket until you isolate the problem to a faulty module or faulty system board.
