Hi A funny thing happened,

Please try resetting the touchpad setting and that should fix the issue.

Please click on start and go to run and type main.cpl

Click on the option which says " Click to change Dell Touchpad settings"

and reset all the setting for the touchpad. That should fix the issue.

Kindly get back if there are any further queries. Glad to help.

Hi A funny thing happened,

Welcome to Dell Community.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.

Please click on start and go to run and type main.cpl

It will open up the mouse properties windows. Uncheck the box which says Switch primary and secondary buttons. Click on Apply and OK. That should fix the issue.

Kindly get back if there are any further queries. Glad to help.

the problem is that i want the mouse buttons to be reversed but not the buttons on the actual pad on the laptop.  it used to be that way and then some how switched. (I mouse left handed, but when I use the touchpad w/ buttons on the laptop, I use my right)
