remote desktop connection help
hi have a inspiron 15 i 3, windows 7 i used the remote desktop connection 1 time to connect to work, it worked just like my old laptop did, type in the address and user name, hit connect, and you are at work.
i minimized the screen so i could search the internet from home as opposed to the work network, i then tried to go back to the remote desktop, and now when i try to connect it says,
1 remote access to the server is not enabled
2 remote computer is not available on the network
3 the remote computer is turned off
tech support says they can only help me with hardware issues
i did a system restore to the week before this happened, but still not working
its probablly something simple that my little brain cant figure out, so hopefully someone more knowledgeable can help???
