scroll of touchpad not working
hii ppl ..m using dell vostro 1014 ..The scroll area on my touchpad isn't working? Every time I touch the side to scroll it just moves the pointer instead of scrolling. What can I do?i have reinstalled the drivers over nd over again..but no use..its not working since i reinstalled windows XP.

Dont know why this post is unattended.
Is there a package we can install to get the touchpad scrollbar working?

Welcome to the Community,
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the touchpad driver? Have you checked the settings for scroll option under touchpad settings?
For further help please post your system model along with Windows operating system.

The system model is Dell Vostro 1014.
Since I donot have a CD for the driver right now, is it possible for you to post a link that i can follow to download a driver that gets my touchpad scoll function working?
