sluggish computer along with error codes

Question

My computer has slowed down to dial-up speed in all functions (not just internet). I also ran a diagnotic test on it and got one failed test: DST Short Status Test = failed error codes 1000-0142 Does anyone know where I can find out what these codes mean? I also get a startup error 'SmartBridge Alerts MotiveSB.exe - entry point not found' 'The procedure entry point GetProcessingImagefile name could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL' does anyone know what either of these mean? I sure could use you help. Thank you. Norma

Your hard drive is failing, which is the cause of the slowdowns. Replace it.
