vostro 3400 - bad built quality

After 3 and a half months of usage , my vostro 3400 screen plastic (plastic integrated with metal) got bend. I can't beleive that it got in this condition just due to opening of lid. Even though it has a good performance and good looks, it's built quality is very bad. Even if i replace the screen, this is gonna happen again as it ois the manufacturing problem.. please check the pics attached i took before a week. Now the condition is more worse. It get worsen as much as you open the laptop.

 

 

 

Please tell where to report it on the website?????? The website is so crowded that i get confused where to click.

OMG! I have the same exact problem. I like this computer, but it looks exactly like yours. The support agents at Dell only want to push me to buy/update my warrenty. I asked why I should pay more for a crap product. I paid almost $1000 for this thing!  This should be a recall. surely there are thousands of others like us out there.  Please email me if you find out what to do. I am searching myself too. The last advise I received from Dell today from the third person I spoke to there was to post feedback on their feedback page.

Our organization has four of these laptops and we have EXACTLY the same issue. Excellent laptop but the covers must be repaired. 

I cannot believe this hasn't been a recall issue.  Our employees are professionals that are careful with their laptops.  I have no idea why this has happened.

What can we do?
