what memory for latitude D830

I'm searching for 2x2Gb internal memory for my Latitude D830. I'm in the Netherlands and I have found this:

http://accessories.euro.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=nl&l=nl&s=dhs&cs=nldhs1&sku=A1987078

Which is 2x2Gb 667MHz memory for 94 euro. But I also found this one:

http://accessories.euro.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=nl&l=nl&s=dhs&cs=nldhs1&sku=A1499490

Which is exactly the same price (I'll have to buy 2 of course) but then its 800MHz. Why would anyone want to buy the first one? Or is this a mistake on the website?

It makes no difference - this system cannot run RAM at 667 mHz, so 800 MHz RAM will simply downclock to 667 or 533 depending on the CPU you have installed.

Where can I find that? It has a front size bus of 800MHz so I guessed it would run at 800MHz, or doesn't it work that way?

It doesn't work with the Intel chipset in this model - it's an Intel 965.  The specs are here:
