x200 ctrl alt and altgr key disfunction

hello; I've a problem with my x200 keyboard. All working's fine exept four keys: CTRL(right and left) ALT and ALT GR. I think that is not a hardware problÃ¨me cause it was working fine yesteday. Have you an idea? Thanks

hello,
the key combination which are not working are Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste.
Alt+F to open files menu in an application.
Altgr+8 too make an \.
All the combination using crtl, alt and altgr doesn't work.
Have you an idea.
