8-year old Dell Latitude E6320 is running extremely slow!

Dear Dell community,

My 8 year old Dell Latitude E6320(The laptop I'm typing this post with!) is running seriously slow.

It takes about 15 minutes just to boot up and most of the time I get an error screen saying there was a major error in the Windows system. It takes more than 15 minutes to open any program. The laptop reaches about 70 degrees celcious! My bed almost caught on fire! It has 5 minutes battery life! Most of the time none of the application respond. If any of you reading this has the solution please let me know by replying to this post!
