Audio problems

My Latitude E6520, Here is my service code(serial number from command prompt): and Express  code: . It has  lost sound since the time I plugged in my headsets. The speakers went silent, at first it used to take long for them to respond and the time became longer as I continued using my headset, now they've gone silent for like forever. My device is operating on Wins 10: 64-bit. Please I need help.

Step 1 should be to reinsatll Audio drivers

If you have already done it.: Dell machines are mostly dependent on Realtek Driver and WaveMaxx to function internal speakers and headphones

1. In Task manager > startup . Make sure WaveMAxx and Realtek are Enabled

2 RUN > MSCONFIG > Services . Waves Audio and Realtek both should be checked

Reboot and everything should work fine

Open Task manager , Click on Start up Tab

You should see WaveMaxx Audio , Right click and choose enable and reboot.

If WaveMaxx is not there than required driver is missing reinstall Audio Driver.

I looked at Support Site and there are no Drivers for Windows 10

Try Realtek Website for drivers.
