BIOS Update from A11 to A16
I bought a very nice used Dell E5510 with Windows 10 Pro. I have noticed after clean install of Windows 10 pro from the Dell Driver Site that Bios A11 is running right now and Dell site says there is a BIOS update to A16. Should I update the BIOS to A16 and will this laptop run Windows 10 pro with BIOS A16 with no issues?

This system is not on Dell's list for Windows 10 support - it may work, but it's not guaranteed.
As for the BIOS update, the general rule of thumb is not to update unless you're having trouble. The BIOS update is too old to be a security fix for Meltdown or Spectre.
