Can't install windows

I have  a laptop  dell latitude 3190 2 in 1

I'm trying to install  a clean windows 10

 Every time  i got an error message   Windows cannot be installed on this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure the controller is enabled in the BIOS"
